Take a walk on its sea-front walks, one of the longest along the coast.

All along the promenade you can see an amazing variety of mosaics done by different artists.

One of the main sights is the Santuario de la Virgen de la Pena, carved out of solid rock dating back to 1586. The Mijas Museum has a wealth of exhibits and a gallery of work by local artists.
