The Crosti Hotel in Rome was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really nice with a good variety of foods. I liked that it was within walking distance of the Termini.

The Carlotta Hotel in Florence was beautiful, clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We were appropriately booked for two separate beds. They had bikes we were able to borrow to tour around Florence.

The Petit Palais was also nice, but it was a bit far. Again, very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate.

Overall we had a great trip and using European Destinations was a good experience. I appreciated the maps that came with the reservations it helped us find the hotels. I found all the information you sent to me very well organized, accurate, and helpful. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends and would also use your services again when I travel to Europe next time.

Thanks for booking a wonderful vacation for us... I researched online for over 3 weeks for the best itinerary, ways to book etc... Finally one of my friends gave me your site address and after 24 hrs, I booked an itinerary online, spoke to a person over the phone and got a confirmation over email. I used to do that to get my visa and immediately after that, I confirmed the tickets. It was a 10 min phone conversation both the times and the agents (Janice and Sydney) that I spoke to were extremely professional and were very very helpful. The rates provided by your site were extremely competitive and we upgraded the hotels in all the locations. The descriptions etc were fantastic and made our lives much more easier.. We did the entire booking in less than 2 days... The site is definitely helpful and so were the agents that we spoke to.

Within a week, we got all the docs over FedEx and off we went.. The tickets, hotel bookings etc was all perfect.. We didnt confirm anything over the phone, but when we landed, it was all ready for us.. The hotel staff had our reservations handy and we didn`t even have to pull out the vouchers.. The Rail Europe tickets also worked perfectly.

My wife and I had an excellent time in Italy. All the hotels were wonderful and all our transportation was done for us and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. The best place by far was the end of our trip; which was Venice at the Panorama hotel right on the edge of the island of Lido. Best vacation ever.

Both of our flight were good with Delta. All three if our hotels were great. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
The locations were all very convenient to the sites we wanted to see. The room in the River Palace in Rome was small but Clean and beautiful. The staff helped us with a ride from the airport and to the train station. The train tickets were great and we had
No problem.

We had a fantastic time - and have recommended your website to others who are currently booking with you. Everything went flawlessly as planned - thanks for the attention to detail.

In Rome, the Giulio Cesare, was very nice, located a block from the metro for easy access throughout the city for 2 euros a trip. Walked to the Vatican from the hotel, the breakfasts were outstanding - still thinking about them. The hotel has a beautiful treed veranda with tables, a bar/cafe, the rooms are clean and have character. I read another review that it was too noisy with the windows/shutters open - certainly didn`t experience that and we slept with the windows open. Highly recommended.

In Florence, the Laurus Al Duomo (Premier Best Western) was outstanding - great location, looked out over the cobblestone street from the shuttered window and could throw a baseball and hit the Duomo. The windows have shutters and two sound-proof windows that totally eliminate any street noise, if desired. We slept with the windows/shutters open (April). The room is modern, looked new, very clean. The staff was helpful in booking a restaurant reservation in Tuscany prior to our trip, via email. Can have drinks in the evening or a great breakfast on the veranda with a view of the Duomo - included. Walking distance to everything - Accademia, Ufizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, train station... We did rent a car and we went to Tuscany, a small castle town called Montefioralle near Greve in the Chianti region - a 45 minute drive from the hotel. We ate at a beautiful restaurant in the `castle` town, with cobblestone streets, Taverna Del Guerrino. The view was fantastic, even from the inside, and better from the veranda overlooking the countryside and vinyards - well worth the drive from Florence. Look it up on line - `old school` cooking on the stove top with coals - family owned. I`d add it as an excursion if I were you.

In Venice, we got off of the train and walked right onto the public water taxic/ferry for a nice trip up the Grand Canal to St. Marks Square walking distance to our hotel, the Saturnia - also a beautiful hotel with an incredible breakfast - included. We immediately had the front desk arrange a free water taxi to Murano and Burano to tour the glassware and linens. The room was large and the hotel was clean with alot of character.

The train rides were great, Rome to Florence 1.5 hours at 150 mph - beautiful countryside; Florence to Venice in under 2 hours. Train stations were co-located with the metro in Rome and walking distance from the hotel in Florence. Trains, 2nd class, very comfortable and clean w/a table between you with a diner car for drinks and food.
