Caernarfon  Caernarfon Caernarfon is a royal town in north-west Wales. The town is famous for its impressive stone castle, built by Edward I of England. Its walls were patterned after the fortifications surrounding ancient Byzantium. Caernarfon is also home to the regimental museum of the Royal Welch Fusiliers. It has a small harbour and a blue flag beach at Victoria Harbour. Caernarfon caters to the visitors with craft shops, fine restaurants, a fun centre, a golf course and indoor swimming and sports facilities at the leisure centre. Cardiff  Cardiff Cardiff is the capital of Wales since 1955 and one of the most appealing cities of Britain. The main attractions are the tree castles: Cardiff Castle, built on the site of a Roman fort, Caerphilly Castle - an imposing fortress whose massive water defenses form the second largest castle area in Britain, and Castell Coch, a fairy-tale like castle with pepper pot turrets and round towers. Cardiff also has amazing parks and gardens like: Dyffryn Gardens, a botanical wonder, and Roath Park. Llandudno  Llandudno Llandudno is the largest seaside resort in Wales, a town that still keeps its Victorian elegance and tradition. For most of the distance on its North Shore there is a magnificient promenade. This great limestone headland has many attractions for the tourist including the Great Orme Tramway that takes tourists effortlessly to the summit. Another attraction is the Happy Valley, an area developed as gardens, two miniature golf courses, a putting green, a popular open air theatre and extensive lawns. Swansea  Swansea Swansea is located on the Gower Peninsula, the UK's first designated 'area of outstanding natural beauty'. Many of the city centre buildings were destroyed during the World War II and rebuild afterwards. Within the city centre, you can visit the ruins of the castle, the Marina, the Dylan Thomas Centre, the Glynn Vivian Art Gallery, Swansea Museum, and the Central Market, which is the largest covered market in Wales. Swansea is also the birthplace of the famous actress Catherine Zeta-Jones.
